FAQ / how to use

Quick guide on opening positions, resolving and getting payouts. We formulate everything without 'gambling': it's about predictions and positions on event outcomes.

Quick scenario

Connect wallet

  • Click TonConnect in the header and select your wallet (Tonkeeper, Tonhub, etc.).
  • Confirm connection — address will appear in the interface.

Choose market

  • On the home page or in Markets section, open the card of the event you're interested in.
  • The card shows the deadline for accepting positions and current YES/NO pools.

Open position

  • Specify the amount in TON and choose YES or NO side.
  • Confirm transaction in wallet. Network will take network fee separately.

Wait for resolve

  • After deadline, the service creator confirms the outcome (resolve).
  • Status can be tracked on the market page; if outcome is known, new positions are unavailable.

Get payout

  • After resolve and if your position matches the outcome, click 'Get payout'.
  • We send a transaction with a small gas reserve (~0.1 TON), the contract will calculate the amount and send it to your address.
  • There is a limited period for receiving — see timer in the payout block.

Frequently asked questions

How much is the fee?

The factory sets the fee size: platform + market author share. They are already included in pool calculations. Additionally, the network takes its own fee for transactions.

Why is gas reserve needed for claim?

Claim initiates a transfer from the contract to your address, so we add a small reserve (≈0.1 TON) to ensure execution.

What do deadline and claim period mean?

Deadline — the final time for opening new positions. After it comes resolve. Claim period — the time when you can get payout; after completion the window closes.

Can the question or market conditions be changed?

After creation, the question is fixed. Only pools and status change depending on positions and resolve.

Security

  • Always check contract addresses and amounts before confirmation.
  • Don't share seeds and private keys; TonConnect doesn't require this.
  • If transaction is stuck — wait, then refresh market state.
  • We don't store your funds — they are on the smart contract until payout.
